With up to 24 Flex segments in the upper and lower baskets, MELAtherm 20 provides more than twice the capacity – enabling the efficient reprocessing of instruments for up to 90 patients per cycle. Perfectly cleaned and thermally disinfected by the innovative 3-arm rinsing system and the proven AquaBoost Technology. At the end of each program, passiveDRY automatically opens the door to accelerate drying and reduce corrosion risk, ensuring optimal instrument protection without additional energy consumption.

Additional smart features, including the large touch display, integrated ProControl batch approval, and the optional self-cleaning Cleanfinity Pro central filter, provide maximum safety with minimal effort.
