Pegasos Pony molar forceps and spreader with 4 inserts

This system was developed to allow tooth extractions in case of small heads and narrow conditions in the mouth.

The basic body is delivered with 3 different spreader inserts, one forceps insert and screwdriver T8.

Both basic bodies can be disassembled and combined with each other.

All inserts fit in both basic bodies.
