Collagen Corneal shield

Hydrate VET SHIELDTM 72 with BSS or any ophthalmic solution. VET SHIELDTM 72 will behave like a “sponge” to collect medications. Once placed on the
surface of the eye, it will slowly release them over approximately 72 hours, the time the corneal collagen shield dissolves.

Indications:

• Corneal sequestrum
• Corneal abrasions
• Superficial chronic epithelial ulcers
• Deep ulcer with keratomalacia
• Chronic corneal epithelial defect
• Post-op keratotomy

• Nominal diameter of 14,5mm
  
• For dogs and cats
• Excellent continuous-delivery system for drugs to the eye (antibiotics, antiseptics, healing drops, corticosteroids)
• Ocular lubrication and eye surface protection
